Hans Jakob Kirschner
Founder & CEO
Hans Jakob Kirschner earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Corporate Accounting from the University of Applied Science Heilbronn, graduating at the top of his class and with a bachelor's thesis examining the development of a cost accounting system for a medium-sized production company.
He applied these disciplines through controlling and accounting roles at STEGO Elektrotechnik and investment controlling at OPTIMA Packaging Group, where his responsibilities included cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting, intercompany pricing, investment analysis, and management reporting.
Through Peak Advisory LLC, he has provided financial strategy, fractional CFO, and bookkeeping support to U.S. manufacturing and construction businesses, giving him direct experience with the financial conditions faced by both sectors.
His technical proficiency spans Excel and VBA, Power BI, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, QuickBooks Online, and Xero. He additionally has prior experience with team management, process optimization, controlling, reporting, quality management, personnel management, and customer communication.
